Angel Food Cake French Toast

Ingredients: 

One 8- or 9-inch, store-bought or homemade angel food cake, sliced into 1Ohm-inch-thick slices 3 eggs 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon cinnamon Butter for cooking the toast

Directions: 

In a small bowl, with a fork or whisk, beat together the eggs, milk and cinnamon. Place a medium size non-stick skillet over medium high heat and melt some butter in the pan. When melted, dunk slices into the egg mixture and coat both sides of the cake slices. Place in the pan and cook, flipping once until both sides are golden. Place on a plate and serve immediately.
