For first time customers we offer the following suggestions: First, visit our showroom, to meet our experienced staff and see a representation of our products and workmanship. Second, we will visit your home to discuss your wants and needs as it relates to the project. Third, upon receipt of a design retainer, we will take measurements, and begin creating preliminary designs and estimates. Fourth, we will meet in our showroom to review the designs and options, discuss and select products and finalize designs. Fifth, provide a fixed quotation for the final project. We will provide a dedicated project manager to handle your project, and answer any questions or issues as they arise. Many of our clients are repeat business.
