With Design Build, the same Landscape Architect who works with you to develop your plan stays with your project throughout the construction process to completion – managing the details so you don’t have to!

The true value of our Design Build process is enhanced by your relationship with your Landscape Designer. From your first call, through the completion of your installation, you will work hand-in-hand with the same person to create a synergy between the architecture of your estate and its surroundings. It’s a unique process, with unique benefits. Because you work with the same person throughout the life of the project, the integrity of your design is maintained from concept to completion.

PLANNING - CAPTURING YOUR VISION
Our initial consultations are done on-site so you can show us your property and tell us your goals. During these meetings we, we ask questions, listen to your answers and take time to get to know what you and your family hope to accomplish.
And if you don’t have a clear vision for what you want to do, tap into our design team’s years of creative expertise. They can draw up plans from scratch that will make your property the envy of the neighborhood.

DESIGN - MASTER PLAN
Once we understand your needs and objectives, your Landscape Architect can be hired to do a Conceptual Master Plan. The Conceptual Master Plan is a layout of the landscape and circulation of the hardscapes of your property, based on your feedback and our suggestions. From this document, we’ll be able to accurately budget what it will cost to realize your vision. During this phase, we’ll address issues unique to your property such as irrigation, privacy and screening. We’ll take into account any future plans you may have and we’ll work to efficiently manage the distraction of nearby buildings, roads and neighbors. When the design is complete, you’ll have the opportunity to sign off on all or part of the project. We’ll consult with you so that you understand all of your options, offer advice for the most efficient and economic ways to realize your vision.

PRODUCTION - DIGGING IN
Once you have approved your design we go into production. This is where the fun begins. We’ve turned yards of red clay into placid Alpine retreats. Overgrown backyards have become idyllic French villas with special attention placed on security, serenity and seclusion. We build patios and plant trees. We direct streams and create waterfalls. We bring in stone and take out trash. We move the earth and get our hands dirty. The process may sound messy, but our crews take special care to ensure that the impact of our machinery, trucks and shovels is minimized. If we make a mess, we clean it up. That way, you can go about your daily routine with minimal interruption.
