John Rogers Renovations

 Why John Rogers Renovations?

We do what we say we are going to do, when we say we are going to do it, or we inform you of the reason for the delay.

Experience — Since 1996, we have been creating beautiful, comforting spaces based on the style and budget of the homeowners.

Proven and Recognized - In 2011, we joined NARI, National Association of the Remodeling Industry, the largest and most influential remodeling association in the country with over 8,000 members nationally and 250 members locally. In our first year, we won Contractor of the Year awards in three categories and our president, John Rogers, was appointed as the chairperson of the Atlanta government affairs committee.

Resources — We have extensive experience in highly custom designs. Our expertise, along with our exclusive connections to qualified vendors and subcontractors, allows us to consistently perform at the level that discriminating homeowners expect.

State-Licensed — Georgia Law, put into effect in 2007, requires that most individuals who offer remodeling services must be licensed by the state. This licensing process is extensive and if you contract with an unlicensed individual, the contract is invalid.

Lead Paint Certified — Federal and state laws require that anyone who works on a home built in 1978 or before has to test for lead paint and be certified by the EPA if lead is present.. We are proud to be one of the few who are certified.

Precision Project Management — It takes a number of professionals and a seasoned staff to coordinate a successful on-time and in-budget renovation. We are committed to scheduling, follow-up and clear communication with everyone involved, the most important of whom is you, the client.

Complete Satisfaction — We are relentless at keeping you completely satisfied with every aspect of your renovation.

We Promise To:

Provide a written estimate detailing the scope of work. This enables you to know exactly what is included as well as what you will need to provide. Under most circumstances, the estimating process can be completed in as little as two days.

Communicate with you about where we are in the timeline of the renovations as well as any changes to the scope of the work.

Keep your home as clean as possible. We realize that you will be inspecting our work and that the job site is where you and your family live.

Be as innovative as your budget allows and be sensitive to that budget as we design and execute your renovation.

Be flexible and allow for changes in design during the process.

Complete the work that we commit to do in a timely and effective manner.

Stand behind our work with a warranty that far exceeds industry standards. All work comes with manufacturer’s warranty as well as our three-year warranty covering workmanship. However, if you ever find something done incorrectly, we will repair or replace the item in question at no charge for as long as you own your home.
