Welcome, IDAC!

We'd like to be among the first to welcome the Island Design & Architectural Center to Georgia, which is making its debut on St. Simons Island this fall. Although the quick-to-judge are referring to this island oasis as the "little sister" of ADAC, the truth is, it's anything but. Case in point: Bill Harrison of Harrison Design Associates has set up shop there (he joins Atlanta architect Keith Summerour of Summerour & Associates, who also has an office on the island).  Brands represented include Baker, Ralph Lauren Home, Hickory Chair, SubZero, Wolf and Kallista to name a few. On a recent trip to the Golden Isles, Managing Editor Elizabeth Reh checked out their progress (IDAC's temporary showroom is already open).
