Viva la France

Bonjour, mes amis. After a week-long absence from the blog, I am back from a gastronomic exploration of France. From Nice and Provence to Paris, I was yet again amazed by the sights and sounds of France. Don't get me wrong: there are a lot of things about France that I do not like, but they love to take risks and that's what I love. Highlights from the trip included a tour to the Baccarat museum (a must-see!), the window displays of Louis Vuitton and the pizza "ice cream" at the Hotel Crillon. I'll post some pictures later—just returned last night late, so I'm still processing everything.
