Re-Discover Ray's

Text: By Kelly K.

Last night was the grand re-opening of Ray's on the River
(they opened for business at the beginning of the month). And let me
tell you, the place looks fantastic! The first time I went to Ray's was
to celebrate my new job (THIS ONE!) so it was pretty great to be
invited to Grand Re-opening to see the incredible changes the place has
undergone. It previously felt a bit dated and very dark, but not any
more! Now the restaurant is bright and feels rich with walls of
mahogany wine coolers -- the perfect way to showcase a killer wine
collection, an intimate banquet room, new slate-grey floors, iron
railings -- and best of all: the view! The restaurant backs up
to the bank of the Chattahoochee River, and the gorgeous landscaping
and walking path allow you to truly appreciate its beauty. Not to
mention the food, which is always fabulous. If you've never been or
haven't visited in a while, this is definitely the time to make a
reservation at Ray's on the Rver!   6700 Powers Ferry Rd NW, (770) 955-1187.
