Just returned from a weekend up in North Georgia. The second-home real estate market is still hot, hot, hot. Of note: For Atlantans who've been searching for lakefront property in the area and found Lakes Burton and Rabun too pricey, neighboring Lake Seed has become an especially popular alternative. And it's no less picturesque. Also found out that a certain national magazine saw the Lake Burton house (at left) first featured in our July issue and is planning to feature it within its pages.
