It's Easy Being Cheesey

As a self-proclaimed cheese connoisseur, I have to admit that one of my
favorite stories in our upcoming January issue is about all about
artisanal cheeses--but instead of highlighting the traditional
wine-and-cheese pairings, the article focuses on pairing them with
festive, high-gravity ales. What an angle! And it proved to be the
inspiration for the latest addition to my holiday wish list: the Cheese
