No, it's The Chocolate Bar,
the newest (and sweetest) place in Decatur. With a menu dedicated to
all things chocolate: drinks, tartes and fettucini (not that kind of
fettucini), where else would you go to satisfy your sweet tooth? Plus,
they're open late (2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays!!) -- if it isn't
