Field Trip

It may have been one of the coldest and rainiest days of the year, but that did not stop me and a small, determined group of others from attending lifestyle designer Christine Eisner's Field Trip this morning. Bright and early (at 9:15 to be exact), our first stop was to the Blue Heron Nature Preserve, located just one block from the hustle and bustle of Roswell Road! It's amazing that such serenity can exist in the urban areas of North Buckhead. Our host, Nancy Jones, was a delight. Our next stop was to Jones' wonderful condominium, which was such a personal, happy space. It was a real treat to be there with the other "field trippers." Onward, C Lighting was our final stop, with Yaacov Golan dispensing words of wisdom on the latest in lighting. He knows his craft, and it was great to hear about his lifelong passion with lighting, which began when he was a teenager. What an exciting day!
