The biggest trend in 2006: Pinot Noir – of course.

Wines I am drinking now: Italian Reds; there’s so much to learn!

Favorite wine word: Hearty!

The quintessential pairing: Oysters and Chablis.

The bottle I can’t wait to uncork in 2007: A 2001 “2480”- or maybe not yet?

The next new thing in wine: I can’t wait to find out! Perhaps Rieslings, which is one of my favorites.
