A Chance to Cook with Chef Robert

Park 75 at Four Seasons Hotel Atlanta is offering three hands-on cooking classes with Executive Chef Robert Gerstenecker, beginning with Indian Techniques on August 7 from 6:00-8:30 p.m. Tempting Tapas class is September 11th and Pizza and Pasta on October 9th. I still prepare dishes that I learned in this kitchen...I'd like to know your your most memorable in-restaurant cooking class.
