Artist's Talk Tonight

Atlanta artist  Gregor Turk
will be at the Carlos Museum tonight for a discussion on how maps and
mapping concepts have influenced his works, from the giant Nolli map of
Rome (currently on view in the museum's Discovering Rome
exhibition) to Micronesian stick charts. The artist's talk will also
focus on sculpture, mixed media constructions and photographs in
relation to their source material. 7pm, Reception Hall, Carlos Museum of Emory University, 571 South King Circle.
