Large pine trees surround the brick, stone, and stucco homes of the oldest planned golf club community in Georgia. Bordered on the east by Peachtree and on the south and west by Peachtree-Dunwoody, many of Brookhaven’s classic homes were built between 1910 and 1941 in Colonial or Georgian Revival styles. The neighborhood is minutes north of Buckhead, giving residents easy access to the malls and restaurants in the area. At the center of the historical neighborhood is the Capital City Club, one of the most prestigious social clubs in the country, with a golf course and lake making up the grounds. Planned developments include luxurious condominiums and upscale restaurants and shopping.
