Executive Chef Jeremy Lieb came to Atlanta to open a one-of-a-kind restaurant and gave the city a modern version of French cooking.

Executive Chef Jeremy Lieb came to Atlanta to open a one-of-a-kind restaurant. He wanted to be a part of something big. Plus, he thought Atlanta would be a great place to raise his family. Check, check, and check-mate.

After joining forces with restaurant powerhouses Bob Amick and Todd Rushing, that one-of-a-kind restaurant became Trois (pronounced twah), and the trio is thrilled with the results. And, by the way, Jeremy's wife, Bridgette, and their daughter, Hannah, are very happy as well.

 Trois is a three-tiered concept featuring Chef Jeremy's Modern French cuisine. Located in the heart of Midtown at 14th and Peachtree in the 1180 Building, Trois overlooks the future site of the Atlanta Symphony Center. Chef Jeremy explains, "Trois is my interpretation of the classics. It is affordable yet sophisticated, and simply has great food. I want it to be an all-occasion favorite, not just a special-occasion restaurant."

The intimate, progressive Trois highlights three self-contained floors, each with its own kitchen.  The main floor presents Trois' cool, chic dining room for lunch and dinner. Below the main level is the posh Bar at Trois; and Above Trois is the top-level private banquet room, with sweeping city skyline views.

A sprinkling of Chef Jeremy's impressive background includes working in Salieu, France, at the three-star Michelin La Cote D'Or under the late Bernard Loiseau, as well as serving as Executive Chef at LeCirque Vegas, where he was awarded the highly-coveted national "Rising Star Award" from StarChefs.com.

A few secrets from Chef Jeremy?  He believes by making his employees successful, he will always be successful.  That is certainly an admirable philosophy in many professions. And he shares a few of his personal favorite items on the Trois menu: Bread Crusted Mediterranean Snapper (entrée), Roasted Beef Hanger Steak with Duck Fat Potatoes and Bearnaise Sauce (appetizer), Butter Poached Maine Lobster with Granny Smith Apples, Chick Peas, and Eggplant Caviar (entrée), and Chocolate Mousse 2006 (dessert).
